About the Role Our client is looking for a meticulous and analytical Inventory Control Specialist to join their team in Randburg. This role is essential for maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing stock levels, and minimizing discrepancies across the retail network. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring inventory control procedures, conducting regular audits, and working with various departments to ensure the integrity of stock data. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of inventory management systems. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage inventory levels across all retail locations and warehouses. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to verify accuracy. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Implement and refine inventory control policies and procedures. Process stock transfers, adjustments, and returns in the inventory management system. Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient stock flow. Requirements Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or in a similar inventory management role. Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
