Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product management and other stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and project requirements.

- Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and potential risks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering , with a proven track record of technical leadership.
- Extensive experience in designing and developing large-scale, distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Go).
- Deep understanding of architectural patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, adapted for a remote environment.
