Remote Logistics and Installation Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Logistics and Installation Coordinator to manage the deployment of equipment and services. This role is primarily remote, but will require occasional site visits to the Nelspruit region for critical coordination or issue resolution. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing the delivery and installation of products, ensuring timely and efficient execution. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively between clients, field installation teams, and internal departments. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and successful customer experience from product delivery to final installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate the delivery and installation of equipment for clients.
• Liaise with customers and installation teams to confirm details and address any pre-installation requirements.
• Manage logistics related to equipment transportation and inventory.
• Provide remote support to installation teams during the setup process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical or installation-related issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of all installation schedules, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, project coordination, or installation management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience coordinating diverse teams.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and CRM systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites or for site inspections is required.
