About the Role Our client, a prominent recruitment consultancy, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join their remote team. In this crucial role, you will be the backbone of the recruitment process, identifying and engaging potential candidates for a wide range of vacancies. You will utilize advanced search techniques and a variety of platforms to build talent pipelines. This position is ideal for an individual who excels at candidate engagement, possesses strong organizational skills, and enjoys working collaboratively within a virtual environment to connect talent with opportunity. You will be instrumental in ensuring our client's ability to meet client demands effectively. Key Responsibilities Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability and interest. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key roles and industries. Update and manage candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Partner closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand their requirements and candidate needs. Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the early stages of the recruitment process. Requirements Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a similar candidate-focused role is advantageous. Proficiency in using online sourcing tools and databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
