Our client is seeking a meticulous and reliable Commercial Cleaning Technician for various sites in and around Centurion . This role is essential for maintaining the professional appearance and hygiene of commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and employees alike. You will be responsible for executing detailed cleaning schedules, utilizing specialized equipment and products to achieve superior results. This position offers flexibility for individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties for commercial properties, including offices, retail spaces, and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms according to established hygiene standards.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and polish fixtures and furniture.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and ensure proper disposal.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any deficiencies or needs for replenishment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing all cleaning tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services.
• Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks.
• Good physical condition, with the ability to stand, bend, and lift as needed.
• Reliable transportation to travel between client sites.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in cleanliness.
