About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Commercial Lawyer for a fully remote position. This senior role involves leading complex commercial transactions, providing strategic legal counsel, and managing a broad range of legal matters for the organization. You will be a key advisor, working independently and collaboratively with various departments to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk, all within a flexible, home-based work structure.

Key Responsibilities
