About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly competent and proactive Construction Site Manager to lead operations for various projects in and around Upington . You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Manage and coordinate construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize workflow.

• Ensure quality control throughout the construction process, inspecting work regularly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality excellence.
• Relevant construction management qualification or trade background is advantageous.
