Provide detailed information about spa services, treatments, and amenities, making tailored recommendations. Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their spa journey. Requirements Proven experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, or a similar client-facing role. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
