You will empower clients to set and achieve sustainable health goals, offering support, accountability, and evidence-based strategies. Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions to assess clients' current wellness status and future aspirations. Develop customized wellness plans encompassing nutrition, fitness, stress management, and mindfulness. Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices and behavioral change strategies. Collaborate with clients to create realistic and sustainable action steps for long-term well-being. Maintain confidential client records and track progress meticulously using secure digital platforms. Requirements Certification from a recognized coaching institution (e.g., ICF accredited). A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in wellness coaching, health coaching, or a related field. Deep understanding of holistic health principles, including nutrition, exercise physiology, and mental well-being. Exceptional active listening, empathy, and motivational interviewing skills.
