Our client is seeking an accomplished and enthusiastic Senior Tennis Professional to lead their tennis programs at a premier club in Sandton . This role involves providing expert instruction to players of all ages and skill levels, developing and managing comprehensive tennis programming, and fostering a vibrant club atmosphere. You will play a key role in member engagement, talent development, and upholding the club's reputation for excellence in tennis. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality tennis instruction, including private lessons, group clinics, and junior development programs.
• Develop and implement innovative tennis curricula and programming for various age groups and skill levels.
• Organize and manage club tournaments, social events, and inter-club competitions.
• Assess player development needs and provide personalized coaching to enhance performance.
• Maintain tennis courts and facilities to the highest standards, ensuring a safe and optimal playing environment.
• Promote tennis programs and membership to existing and potential club members.

Requirements

• Recognized tennis coaching certification (e.g., PTR, USPTA, or equivalent) is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in tennis instruction and program management.
• Proven ability to develop and coach players to competitive levels.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• A strong understanding of tennis strategy, technique, and modern coaching methodologies.
