About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of strategic projects that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and resource requirements in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, clear communication, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify key performance indicators, and provide regular, insightful reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Proactively identify and address project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal disruption to strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a strong asset.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management , with a significant focus on strategic planning and execution.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted strategic projects from inception to completion.
• Demonstrated experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑functional team leadership .
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
