This role involves identifying and attracting top tech talent for a variety of clients, from startups to established enterprises. You will manage the entire recruitment process, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and building strong relationships within the tech community. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT and technology roles, including software development, cybersecurity, data analysis, and IT support.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates with specialized technical skills and experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the technology and broader business sectors.
• Understand the unique demands of the tech market and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience, from initial contact through to onboarding.
• Meet and exceed individual and team recruitment targets within the IT and technology domain.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, preferably with a focus on IT or technology placements.
• Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in technical roles such as developers, network engineers, and IT project managers.
• Good understanding of the current IT market trends and technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills, especially within the tech community.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A relevant degree or certifications in IT or recruitment would be beneficial.
