Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of financial planners, providing guidance, support, and performance management. Develop and implement holistic financial plans for high-net-worth individuals and families, covering investments, retirement, insurance, and estate planning. Conduct thorough client needs analysis and risk assessments to ensure personalized and effective financial advice. Manage and grow a personal book of clients, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and exceptional service. Stay current with market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice. Collaborate with other specialists, such as tax advisors and estate attorneys, to deliver integrated wealth management solutions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Relevant professional designations such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) are essential. Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning, with a proven track record of managing client portfolios and advising high-net-worth individuals. Experience in leadership or team management is required. Strong knowledge of investment strategies, retirement planning, tax laws, and estate planning principles.
