Chemical Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new chemical processes, including equipment specification and P&ID creation.
• Optimize existing processes to improve yield, reduce waste, and enhance safety.
• Conduct process simulations and modeling to evaluate different scenarios and identify optimal parameters.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement effective solutions to maintain operational integrity.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and performance analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering .
• 5+ years of experience in chemical process design and optimization.
• Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD).
• Strong understanding of chemical reaction kinetics, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
• Experience with HAZOP analysis and process safety management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities suitable for remote work.
