About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead Information Security Architect to spearhead security initiatives from a remote-first perspective. Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise-level security solutions and frameworks.
- Develop and maintain the company's security architecture roadmap , ensuring it aligns with business strategy and evolving threat landscapes.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of security technologies and services, ensuring interoperability and effectiveness.
- Provide expert guidance on security best practices, compliance requirements, and risk management to project teams and stakeholders.
- Oversee the implementation of security controls and measures across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Mentor and guide junior security team members and architects, fostering a culture of security excellence.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in information security, with a significant focus on security architecture and design.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing security solutions for cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Deep understanding of network security, identity and access management (IAM), data protection, and application security.
- Proven ability to lead complex security projects and influence technical and business stakeholders.
- Relevant advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP-ISSAP, TOGAF) are strongly preferred.
