Senior Management Consultant - Change Management

About the Role

Our client seeks a highly skilled Senior Management Consultant specializing in Change Management to join their predominantly remote team, serving clients across Gauteng with a hub in Benoni. This role is critical for guiding organizations through significant transitions, whether due to mergers, technology adoption, or strategic shifts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust change management strategies that ensure employee buy-in, minimize disruption, and maximize the benefits of organizational change. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder analysis, and training programs.
• Assess organizational readiness for change and identify potential risks and resistance points.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to build support for change initiatives and foster a culture of adoption.
• Design and deliver training materials to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed for new processes or systems.
• Monitor the progress of change initiatives, measure their impact, and make adjustments as needed.
• Provide expert guidance and coaching to leadership and project teams on effective change leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in change management consulting or a related internal role.
• Proven success in leading change initiatives within large, complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
