Senior Technical Service Value & Analytics Specialist

In order to be considered the following is required:

• A relevant ICT, Computing, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics qualification or equivalent professionally assessed capability
• Practical experience with ScienceLogic/SL1 and/or Motadata ObserveOps. Equivalent monitoring or observability experience will also be considered, provided there is a credible readiness plan
• Experience working within regulated, public-sector, financial-services or multi-provider enterprise environments
• Relevant training in ITIL, monitoring / observability, analytics, business analysis or value management, supported by demonstrable practical application
• Experience developing reusable metric dictionaries, analytical templates, dashboards and/or measurement methodologies
• Exposure to application performance, logs / traces / flows, database or middleware performance and/or controlled automation

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Produce reproducible analytical outputs with clearly documented sources, calculations, coverage and limitations
• Develop defensible findings that distinguish between symptoms, plausible causes, service implications and areas of uncertainty
• Translate complex technical information into clear technical and executive-level explanations, including practical action options and clearly identified decision owners
• Define credible KPIs, baselines and value hypotheses that are aligned with genuine service or business objectives
• Provide transparent comparisons between expected and measured value, with appropriate attribution and validation
• Ensure reliable delivery, disciplined scope management, visible dependencies and effective handover
• Develop reusable methods, templates and knowledge assets that can be safely and consistently applied by other team members

We are looking for someone who will bring a combination of technical analytical capability, service-management understanding and commercial awareness, with a strong focus on data integrity, evidence-based insights and measurable value.
