Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute a wide range of high-quality pastries, cakes, desserts, and confections for events.
• Develop new and seasonal dessert menus, incorporating innovative techniques and presentation styles.
• Manage the pastry section inventory, including ordering ingredients and maintaining stock levels.
• Ensure all baked goods meet the highest standards of taste, appearance, and consistency.
• Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene and food safety within the pastry kitchen.

Requirements
