About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and strategic Curriculum Developer to join their academic innovation team in Centurion . This role is instrumental in designing, evaluating, and refining educational programs across various disciplines to meet evolving industry demands and student needs. You will collaborate with faculty, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to ensure our curricula are rigorous, engaging, and relevant. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative and effective curricula for higher education programs, including learning objectives, content, and assessment strategies.
• Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to ensure curriculum content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry trends and accreditation standards.
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluate existing curricula to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Develop instructional materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and learning resources, utilizing adult learning principles.
• Facilitate faculty development workshops on curriculum design, instructional strategies, and assessment methods.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a relevant academic discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or academic program management, preferably in higher education.
• Strong understanding of curriculum design theories , learning frameworks, and assessment methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including faculty, administrators, and external partners.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
