Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring adherence to design principles, building codes, and client requirements.


• Mentor and guide a team of architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.


• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.


• Conduct site visits and project reviews to ensure quality control and construction adherence to design intent.

• Prepare and present design proposals, renderings, and project documentation to stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification.


• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in architectural design and project leadership.


• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex architectural projects from concept to completion.


• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.


• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methodologies.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
