Sales Executive — AI Agents

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on AI Agents. This role is pivotal in driving our B2B sales strategy and engaging directly with US SMB owners. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from discovery to demo to closing. We are looking for high-velocity salespeople who thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at closing deals.

In this role, you will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency while selling our AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional call control and value selling skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets without resorting to discounts. You will be a key player in growing our revenue and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and challenges.
• Deliver product demos that effectively showcase the value of our AI solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
• Own individual closing targets and ensure deals are finalized through first payment.
• Utilize value selling techniques to emphasize product benefits and drive sales.
• Maintain call control during conversations, guiding clients towards a decision.
• Follow up relentlessly to nurture leads and close sales in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to share insights and strategies.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-velocity B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong closing skills with the ability to sell at the higher end of the pricing range.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work during US business hours.
• Demonstrated experience in value selling and maintaining price discipline.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
