Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage, billing, and company procedures.
• Assist customers with policy changes, cancellations, and reinstatement requests.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Educate customers on policy options and recommend suitable coverage when appropriate.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service role , preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
