Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of sophisticated electrical systems across multiple facilities.

• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex electrical system failures.
• Ensure compliance with all national and international electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff in best practices and technical problem-solving.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in power systems or control systems.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in electrical systems engineering, with a strong focus on complex industrial or commercial applications.
• Expertise in power system analysis, protection, and control, as well as understanding of network infrastructure.
• Proficiency with advanced simulation and diagnostic tools.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a proven ability to manage complex technical projects.
• Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
