Operations Manager

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to take overall responsibility for the performance, growth and operational execution of its Lesotho business.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership opportunity for a commercially driven leader with strong experience across FMCG, retail, wholesale, distribution or a complex multi-site environment.

- Cross-functional alignment across Finance, People, Buying, Marketing and Operations

ð¹ What We're Looking For

â Relevant Bachelor's degree
â 10+ years' relevant business/operational management experience
â 5+ years in a senior leadership/general management role
â Proven P&L and budget accountability
â Experience managing a significant business unit, region or country operation
â Strong commercial and operational leadership capability
â Experience leading senior and middle-management teams
â Southern African/Lesotho experience would be advantageous
