Project Manager

What You'll Do: - Take ownership of assigned projects, managing them end-to-end from initiation through to delivery and post-implementation review - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules - Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria - Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, tracking progress against scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards - Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, RAID logs, and dashboards - Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status and health - Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, supporting iterative delivery processes - Facilitate activities such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives - Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams - Translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables - Manage backlogs, priorities, dependencies, and delivery milestones - Promote continuous improvement and Agile practices - Coordinate testing and deployment activities, including UAT and QA - Ensure change management processes are followed and lessons learned are documented Requirements: - 3-5 years' project management experience within technology, software, digital, or product environments - Proven track record managing end-to-end technology projects - Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings - Ability to work effectively with software development teams - Skilled in managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders - Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, project planning, and management methodologies Nice to Have: - Experience in the sports, gaming, or related industries
