About the role:
We are seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Video & Graphic Designer to join our client's growing creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and storytelling, with the ability to create both compelling visual graphics and engaging video content for digital marketing campaigns.
This role requires someone who can take creative concepts and marketing briefs and turn them into polished, high-performing visual content across social media, paid advertising, websites, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple projects, working independently, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with marketing and account teams.
Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
What you’ll be doing:
Graphic Design: Create high-quality graphics, social media posts, carousels, banners, advertisements, presentations, and other digital assets.
Video Production: Create and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media, paid advertising, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Social Media Content: Develop visually engaging graphics, reels, animations, and video content tailored to platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Paid Advertising: Design compelling static and video ad creatives focused on engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
Branding: Maintain consistent visual identity across all creative assets while following client brand guidelines.
Motion Graphics: Create animations, transitions, text effects, and other motion elements that enhance video content and storytelling.
Editing & Post-Production: Edit footage, add music, captions, graphics, transitions, sound effects, and other elements to produce polished final videos.
Quality Assurance: Review all creative work for accuracy, consistency, visual quality, and alignment with campaign objectives before delivery.
Feedback & Revisions: Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand feedback and make revisions efficiently.
Creative Trends: Stay up to date with current design, video, social media, and digital marketing trends to bring fresh ideas to client campaigns.
Who are we looking for?
5–8 years of professional experience in Video Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related creative role.
Advanced understanding of design principles, typography, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva, or similar platforms.
Strong video editing and post-production skills, including transitions, motion graphics, captions, audio, and visual effects.
Experience creating content for social media, paid advertising, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of how creative content supports engagement, brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
Excellent attention to detail and strong visual judgment.
Ability to manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working with digital marketing agencies is preferred.
Healthcare or dental marketing experience is a plus.

Salary: USD 1800 - USD 2000 per month
