About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join their growing sales force in Nelspruit . This role is pivotal in managing key client accounts, identifying expansion opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the Mpumalanga region. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their strategic goals, and aligning our client's solutions to meet those needs. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring consistent revenue generation. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, focusing on upselling and cross-selling. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews to foster strong relationships. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, support) to ensure seamless client experience. Negotiate contract renewals and new business agreements effectively. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a B2B Account Executive or similar senior sales role. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas, particularly with enterprise clients. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Strong understanding of sales cycles, CRM systems, and account management principles. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
