SPA & WELLNESS MANAGER SANDTON (JHB) , Gauteng (ZA) START DATE: ASAP / 01 October 2026 REPORT TO: Director TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS: Monday to Sunday 09:00am - 21:00pm (8-hour shift applies / shifts rotate) Flexible - manage your own schedule Company trades on all major holidays REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS: Market Basic Salary p/m (Based on Experience) Performance Incentives Company Benefits - at Director's discretion REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE: Centrally based within or close to Sandton for ease of commute (all shifts) Reliable, transport for travel within JHB Relevant qualifications obtained (recognized internationally) in a Beauty / Spa related discipline CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc. South African citizen OR valid permit for employment in SA (we do NOT issue permits) Confident understanding of spa operations, spa budgets & finance protocols, staffing & recruitment, and leadership At least FIVE years in a managerial capacity - ideally in a Hotel-Spa or Cruise Ship environment Fair and firm, yet nurturing Manager - lead by example Hit the ground running - able to grasp operational demands Computer literate with experience in managing budgets, schedules, marketing communication SUMMARY OF KPI's: Administration Guest experiences Operational Management Staff Management Sales & Revenue / Financial management (including Budget & Forecasting) Training & Development Health & Safety Employee Wellness Marketing & Branding Procurement
