Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage cleaning schedules and staff rotas. Coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff, ensuring efficient task completion. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of cleaning services and ensure adherence to standards. Address client feedback and operational issues promptly and effectively. Liaise with facility management and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
