Real Estate Agent

Our client is seeking a motivated and self-driven Real Estate Agent to join their team in the Garden Route. The successful candidate will be responsible for building their own client base, generating new business, marketing properties and assisting clients with buying, selling and letting property.

Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a database of prospective clients, networking and identifying new business opportunities, and canvassing for property buyers and sellers. The role will involve marketing and advertising properties and services, assisting clients with the buying, selling and letting of properties, conducting property viewings and client meetings, and negotiating property transactions. The candidate will also be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships, manage their own daily activities, time and business development, and ensure consistent follow-up and communication with clients and prospects.

Requirements:
Own reliable vehicle
Valid driver's licence
Not insolvent
Own cellphone
Laptop / notebook / iPad
Able to commit full-time
Financially prepared to support yourself for the first 3–6 months
R5,000 required towards the marketing toolkit, starter pack and Fidelity Fund Certificate
Matric or equivalent qualification
Willingness to complete the required NQF 4 Real Estate qualification if applicable
Strong networking, communication and relationship-building skills
