Job description
The Sales Performance Coach supports the development of high-quality strategic insights, sales enablement content, and training materials. This role is responsible for researching markets, customers, competitors, and internal methodologies, then translating that research into clear, practical, and scalable training assets that improve performance and decision-making across the organization.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Research
- Conduct structured research on industries, markets, customers, competitors, and emerging trends
- Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Support the development of strategic frameworks, playbooks, and operating models
- Maintain research libraries, insight repositories, and reference materials
- Validate assumptions with data, case studies, and credible sources
Training & Enablement Support
- Assist in designing and updating training materials (guides, playbooks, decks, onboarding content)
- Translate strategy and methodology into practical, easy-to-apply learning content
- Support sales, operations, or leadership enablement initiatives with structured documentation
- Ensure training materials are consistent, accurate, and aligned with company strategy
- Help evolve training programs based on feedback, performance data, and changing priorities
Content Development
- Draft clear, concise written content for internal use (manuals, frameworks, guides, FAQs)
- Convert complex ideas into simple language without losing depth or accuracy
- Support presentation development for workshops, training sessions, and internal briefings
- Work closely with strategy, sales enablement, and leadership teams
- Support workshops, training sessions, and internal rollouts (prep, materials, follow-ups)
- Assist in documenting best practices, learnings, and playbooks from live initiatives
Analytical & Research Skills
- Strong ability to research, analyse, and synthesize information
- Comfortable working with qualitative and quantitative data
- Able to identify patterns, insights, and implications from complex inputs
Communication & Writing
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and logically

Learning & Enablement Mindset
- Interest in adult learning, training design, and knowledge transfer

Experience & Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, Strategy, Economics, Communications, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in research, strategy support, enablement, training, consulting, or similar roles (flexible based on capability)
- Experience creating structured documents, training materials, or research outputs is a strong advantage
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Exposure to sales methodologies, enablement, or enterprise environments
- Experience with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides) and documentation tools
- Familiarity with CRM, learning platforms, or internal knowledge systems
- Experience supporting pilots, experiments, or data-driven decision making
