The agency delivers end-to-end digital growth strategies for B2B manufacturers and requires senior technical and strategic execution across creative, design, and video production.

About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Paid Ads Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize high-performing campaigns. The ideal candidate has dedicated paid advertising experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling complex paid acquisition campaigns while directly engaging with clients to present strategy and campaign analytics.

This role requires a complete strategist and executor who can navigate B2B paid advertising in specialized healthcare manufacturing spaces, translate metrics into actionable insights, and speak directly to client leadership.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and execute paid ad strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, and LSAs.

• Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.

• Use data-driven insights to analyze performance, refine strategies, and achieve client goals.

• Conduct creative, audience, and budget A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.

• Learn and implement the client’s proprietary program and campaign setup to align with their systems.

• Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.

Who are we looking for?

• 5 to 8+ years of experience managing paid ads and paid social campaigns.

• Technical fluency across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Proven background in healthcare, medical, or dental equipment manufacturing paid campaigns.

• Prior experience working within a US digital marketing agency is preferred.

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel, ClickUp, and conversion tracking frameworks.

• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to articulate paid strategy to non-technical client leads.
