POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain the systems that power modern applications Build scalable APIs and backend services that support seamless user experiences Optimise application performance, reliability, and security Collaborate with Frontend Developers, Product Owners, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions Design efficient database structures and data flows Troubleshoot complex issues and drive continuous system improvements Contribute to architectural decisions and best engineering practices Ensure backend systems are built to scale as products and users grow Job Experience and Skills Required: Minimum 3+ years' of Integration Engineering or Software Development experience Hands-on experience with APIs, web services, and system integrations Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and messaging technologies Experience working with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Kafka, or similar technologies Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or other development languages Experience integrating cloud-based and on-premise applications Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience working in Agile delivery environments This is an opportunity to join our talent pool and be considered for future opportunities with leading organisations across South Africa.
