The Sales Enablement Support role provides vital operational assistance to ensure sales and partner teams have the tools, content, and resources they need to engage effectively with customers and partners. It supports the coordination, organisation, and upkeep of enablement materials, programs, and tools while facilitating smooth access to resources across global teams. The role also assists in delivering workshops, webinars, and training sessions, helping to track usage, adoption, and effectiveness of enablement initiatives. Ultimately, it serves as a central support hub that strengthens sales execution and partner readiness through well-managed, accurate, and accessible enablement content and activities.
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and maintain sales and partner enablement materials sourced from sales leaders, product, demand generation, and channel teams.
- Keep partner portals, content libraries, and other sales‑facing platforms updated with the latest resources and messaging.
- Review existing materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with current product updates and market positioning.
- Support with archiving outdated content and identifying gaps where new content is required.
- Act as a first point of contact for regional sales teams seeking enablement materials or guidance.
- Assist Partner Account Managers with onboarding support and ongoing partner enablement activities.
- Help track content usage and gather feedback on which materials are most valuable to teams.
- Learn, support, and promote the use of sales enablement tools such as playbooks and value calculators, encouraging adoption across regions.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and supporting workshops, webinars, and team alignment sessions.
- Help facilitators with preparation, session logistics, post‑event communications, and distribution of materials.
- Track attendance, engagement, and feedback from enablement sessions to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product, Demand Generation, and Channel teams to gather inputs for new enablement content.
- Assist in developing presentations, playbooks, one‑pagers, cheat sheets, and other sales enablement resources.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide end‑user insights based on sales and partner needs.
- Track basic metrics on enablement content usage, tool adoption, and participation in enablement sessions.
- Support leadership reporting on enablement effectiveness and engagement trends.
RequirementsMinimum Level of Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Sales, or a related field.

- 1 – 2 Experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or enablement environments.
- Experience working with shared content libraries, portals, or internal knowledge bases.
- Basic experience supporting cross‑functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product).
