POSITION INFO:
Join a technology-driven environment where you will act as the technical lead for enterprise business applications and digital workspace platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for the engineering, configuration, integration, and continuous improvement of key enterprise solutions, ensuring they remain secure, reliable, and aligned with business objectives. Working directly with stakeholders across , Risk, Operations, Human Capital, Legal, and Compliance functions, you will translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions through enterprise application development, workflow automation, and platform engineering. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of business process optimisation, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary technical partner to business stakeholders, gathering requirements and delivering enterprise application solutions Own the configuration, enhancement, and operational health of enterprise business platforms Configure and maintain OnBase workflows, document management processes, lifecycle management, and integrations Develop and maintain Unity Scripts to extend platform functionality and automate business processes Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules to meet evolving business requirements Design and implement workflow automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI Manage integrations between enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, and middleware technologies Support Azure and AWS services that enable enterprise application platforms Develop monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational reporting capabilities Lead platform modernisation, cloud readiness, and digital workspace improvement initiatives Drive continuous improvement, service optimisation, and operational excellence across business systems Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field Advantageous: Relevant postgraduate qualification Experience: 10+ years' experience in senior IT Support, Consulting, or Enterprise Application environments 8+ years' experience in enterprise application engineering or platform support roles 5+ years' hands-on experience with OnBase ECM configuration, workflow development, and Unity Scripting 3+ years' experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and\/or Business Central Experience developing Power Platform solutions to automate business processes Experience working directly with business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements and platform improvements Experience within or Financial Services environments Technical Skills: Hyland OnBase ECM Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unity Scripting Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) C# .NET Development SQL Server and T-SQL PowerShell Scripting REST and SOAP API Integrations Microsoft Windows Server Microsoft Azure (Entra ID, App Services, Logic Apps, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Key Vault) AWS Services (IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, EC2, S3, RDS) Enterprise Application Lifecycle Management ITSM and Change Management principles Certifications Required\/Advantageous: Hyland OnBase Certified System Administrator Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification Power Platform Certification Azure Administrator (AZ-104) AWS Cloud Practitioner Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator ITIL Foundation Additional Requirements: Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities Experience working with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams Ability to work after hours and participate in standby support when required Own transport essential
