Senior Project Manager - Supply Chain

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Supply Chain operations to join their team in Mossel Bay . This hybrid role will focus on optimizing supply chain processes, implementing new technologies, and managing key improvement projects. You will collaborate with logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and sales teams to drive efficiency and cost savings across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of supply chain optimization projects , focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and service improvement.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements for supply chain initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful implementation.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement and measure project success.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between logistics, procurement, and operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on supply chain management .
• Proven experience with supply chain technologies and methodologies (e.g., ERP systems, WMS, TMS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in a hybrid work environment .
