Zensar is looking for Employee Benefits Manager in Johannesburg
Role Overvi
We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Manager to oversee and manage employee benefit programs for our clients and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering retirement funds, group risk benefits, medical aid schemes, disability and life insurance programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving service excellence.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the employee benefits industry, pension funds, medical schemes, and retirement solutions, coupled with excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administration and delivery of employee benefits programs, including:Pension and Provident Funds
- Group Life Insurance
- Disability Benefits
- Medical Aid Schemes
- Funeral and Risk Benefits
- Lead and mentor employee benefits administration teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Manage relationships with clients, insurers, trustees, fund administrators, and service providers.
