POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and present monthly management accounts and financial reports Manage the full function, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities Drive month-end and year-end reporting processes Ensure compliance with relevant standards, tax legislation, and internal policies Strengthen and maintain internal controls and financial governance frameworks Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve business outcomes Partner with key stakeholders across the business to support strategic decision-making Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members where applicable Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies, and reporting capabilities Minimum Requirements Qualifications Accounting, Financial Management, or a related finance qualification Current and active SAIPA Registration Skills and Experience Currently employed as a Financial , Financial Manager, Finance Manager, Management Accountant, or similar finance role Minimum 3-8 years of post-qualification accounting and finance experience Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting experience Proven experience managing month-end, reconciliations, and financial controls Sound knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial governance Experience working on ERP or other financial reporting systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently while supporting broader business objectives Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
