Key Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design and engineering of utility-scale renewable energy projects, from feasibility studies to detailed design.
• Develop electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and specifications for power generation, conversion, and grid interconnection systems.
• Perform complex electrical system analysis, including performance modeling, interconnection studies, and protection system design.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, procurement, and construction teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams across various locations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a significant focus on renewable energy projects.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing solar PV, wind turbine, and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
• Familiarity with grid interconnection standards, power quality, and protection schemes for renewable energy sources.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing engineering teams or projects in a remote setting.
