Waitron

This is a guest-facing role for a confident waitron with genuine five-star service knowledge, who brings warmth and ease to the table rather than formality. It suits someone self-governing, comfortable with shift work, and drawn to a farm environment built around regenerative farming and holistic wellbeing.

Core Criteria:

• Previous experience as a waitron in a five-star environment, with sound service knowledge and etiquette
• Confident and self-governing, able to work without close supervision
• Polished presentation and excellent verbal communication skills
• Natural warmth and a relaxed, genuine approach to guests
• Willingness to work shifts on a six days on, two days off rotation
• Own transport, or the ability to reach the farm independently
• Genuine interest in regenerative farming and holistic wellbeing
• Team player who fits a small, close-knit environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive, personable service to guests throughout their dining experience
• Set up and maintain dining areas to a five-star standard
• Present menus and advise guests confidently on food and beverage offerings
• Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently
• Liaise closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming service environment
• Support the wider front-of-house team and step in where needed

On Offer:

• Salary of R7,000 to R10,000 per month, depending on experience
• Live-out position
• Six days on, two days off rotation
• Staff transport available from Paarl
