Key Responsibilities

• Lead the culinary team in planning, preparing, and executing high-quality menus for all catered events.
• Develop innovative, seasonal, and cost-effective menus that meet client needs and expectations.
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food production, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety.
• Manage food costs, waste reduction, and supplier relationships to ensure profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a high-volume catering or hospitality setting.

• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
