Our client, a specialist recruitment consultancy, is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruitment Consultant with expertise in the industrial sector to join their team based in Richards Bay . This role requires a deep understanding of industrial operations, manufacturing, and engineering roles to effectively source and place skilled professionals. You will manage key client accounts, drive business development, and lead recruitment projects. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work from home on certain days, balancing productive office-based collaboration with the convenience of remote work, all centered around the Richards Bay area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for industrial and technical roles.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage relationships with key industrial clients, understanding their unique talent needs.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments to ensure technical and cultural fit.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base in the industrial sector.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team strategy.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a focus on the industrial or engineering markets.
• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and business development.
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes, equipment, and terminology.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing office and remote duties.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
