Warehouse Associate

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dependable and energetic Warehouse Associate to support operations in Mossel Bay . In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping, and general warehouse organization. The ideal candidate is physically fit, possesses a strong work ethic, and is committed to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. This position is fundamental to our ability to serve our customers effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and speed.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Assist with loading and unloading of trucks as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency in basic math and strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to safety protocols.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
