This role requires a deep knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, coupled with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests with a wide range of requests, including restaurant reservations, tour bookings, and transportation arrangements.
• Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, entertainment, and activities.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of local amenities and services.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
• Manage guest messages, mail, and packages.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar guest-facing role.
• Excellent knowledge of the local area and its attractions.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
