About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Architectural Project Manager to lead significant architectural ventures. This is a fully remote position, enabling you to leverage your expertise from any location while driving key projects. You will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, adept at managing complex projects within a virtual team structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of architectural projects, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring high performance in a remote setting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in architectural project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and BIM coordination .
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in a fully remote context.
