About the Role

Our client is seeking reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join their manufacturing facility in East London . This is a hands-on role, critical for the smooth operation of the production lines. You will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions precisely. Key Responsibilities

• Operate various manufacturing machines and equipment safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
• Assemble components and sub-assemblies to create finished products, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Perform quality checks on products during the production process, identifying and reporting any defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Follow production schedules and instructions from supervisors to meet targets.
• Assist with material handling and inventory management as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience as a Production Operative or in a similar manufacturing role is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and operate machinery safely.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Understanding of basic health and safety workplace regulations.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
