Key Responsibilities

• Design and customize travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget constraints for the Eastern Cape.
• Book flights, accommodation, car rentals, and local tours and activities.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, attractions, and cultural experiences within the region.
• Manage client inquiries and provide support before, during, and after their trips.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and supplier offerings.
• Process payments and ensure all bookings are accurate and confirmed.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the Eastern Cape region, including its attractions, accommodations, and travel logistics.
• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and online booking platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
