Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and user needs.
• Establish and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across all platforms.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the remote team.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Human‑Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a significant portion in senior or lead roles.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in user‑centered design, complex problem-solving, and delivering exceptional digital experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in industry‑standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Deep understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis for design optimization.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders remotely.
