Our client is seeking a diligent and motivated Apprentice Welder to join their fabrication workshop in Vereeniging . Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior welders in preparing metal components for welding.
- Learn and practice various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Read and interpret welding blueprints and specifications.
- Perform basic grinding, cutting, and finishing of metal parts.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all safety regulations.
Requirements
- Completed Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- A keen interest in welding and metal fabrication.
- Good physical condition and manual dexterity.
- Ability to understand technical instructions and diagrams.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to completing a full apprenticeship program.
