Responsibilities: Setting up, operating, monitoring, and optimizing injection moulding machines. Conducting mould and tooling changes efficiently and safely. Troubleshooting process, machine, and quality-related issues. Monitoring production output to ensure quality and efficiency targets are achieved. Implementing process improvements to reduce waste and improve productivity. Ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards. Performing machine inspections and supporting preventative maintenance activities. Recording production data and maintaining accurate manufacturing documentation. Working closely with maintenance, quality, and production teams to achieve operational goals. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures. Assisting with training and mentoring junior operators where required. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment. Requirements: Relevant qualification in Plastics Manufacturing, Polymer Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Proven experience within an Injection Moulding manufacturing environment. Strong technical understanding of injection moulding processes, machinery, tooling, and materials. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Valid passport or willingness to obtain one. Willingness and ability to relocate to the Netherlands for the duration of the contract. #J-18808-Ljbffr
